The Digital Accelerator: Utilizing digital solutions to
identify high-impact areas and improve traceability, turning
data into the primary driver of resource efficiency and
competitiveness.
Systemic Overhaul: Moving beyond “niche” green
projects toward a systemic transformation of the economy,
addressing the dual pressures of resource depletion and
rapid urbanization.
The Inclusive Bridge: Prioritizing the informal sector,
young entrepreneurs, and women to ensure that the
“change-makers” of the local economy are the primary
architects of new green jobs.

III. The Mechanism: Closing the "Trust Gap"

Côte d’Ivoire is not just identifying hurdles; it is architecting the financial and institutional mechanisms to clear them.

Multilateral Synergy: Forging a high-level ecosystem that connects policymakers, private sector leaders, academia,
and development partners to accelerate the pace of innovation.
Financing Green Growth: Recognizing access to finance as a critical barrier, the country is establishing specialized financing pathways to ensure that the gap between brilliant local innovation and necessary capital is finally closed.
